Sullivan’s Auto Service is growing and looking for a high-performing Service Advisor who enjoys helping people, building trust, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This is not an order-taker position.
We’re looking for a professional who can communicate vehicle needs clearly, educate customers, build value, and help customers make informed decisions about maintaining and repairing their vehicles.

Greet customers and create a world-class service experience
Build trust through clear communication and education
Present repair recommendations confidently and professionally
Manage estimates, approvals, and vehicle status updates
Coordinate workflow with GM, technicians and parts personnel
Monitor vehicle progress and ensure deadlines are met
Follow up with customers throughout the repair process
Maintain accurate records in our shop management system
Support customer retention and long-term relationships
Consistently achieve sales and gross profit objectives
Automotive service advising experience a plus
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proven sales experience is a plus
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and professional appearance
Strong organizational and follow-through skills
Comfortable discussing vehicle repairs and maintenance
Team-oriented mindset
