Sullivan’s Auto Service is a locally owned, family-run auto repair shop in Seaside, and we’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented employee to join our team.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys staying organized, supporting a busy shop environment, and helping everything run smoothly day to day. If you take pride in being dependable and working as part of a team, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Order and source automotive parts from trusted vendors
- Maintain inventory accuracy and manage returns, shipping, and receiving
- Support technicians by ensuring parts are ready and organized
- Assist with daily office operations including phones, customer support, and callbacks
- Create quotes, invoices, and purchase orders using shop software
- Help coordinate loaner vehicles and keep the office running smoothly
- Provide general support to the front office and service team as needed
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Ability to multitask/prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly communication and solid computer skills
(Word, Excel, Google Drive, email, etc.) - Valid driver’s license required
- Automotive parts experience is a plus, but not required for the right person
