Leading daily operations of a high-volume automotive repair facility
Managing Service Advisors, Parts, and Production teams
Holding team members accountable to performance standards and expectations
Driving revenue, gross profit, car count, ARO, technician productivity, efficiency, and proficiency
Conducting daily huddles, weekly meetings, and one-on-one coaching sessions
Monitoring KPIs and taking corrective action when goals are missed
Recruiting, hiring, developing, and retaining top talent
Building a culture of ownership, urgency, and continuous improvement
Creating clear expectations and following through with accountability
Delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining profitability
Within your first 90 days:
Every department has clear scorecards
Team members know their expectations
Accountability conversations happen promptly and professionally
KPIs are reviewed consistently
Production and sales processes are being followed
Employee performance issues are addressed directly
Shop profitability and operational consistency improve
You may be a fit if you:
Have 5+ years of leadership experience in automotive repair
Have successfully managed Service Advisors and Technicians
Understand financial statements and shop KPIs
Are comfortable having difficult conversations
Can coach high performers and confront poor performers
Lead with clarity, consistency, and follow-through
Hold people accountable without creating drama
Believe culture and accountability go hand in hand
Are highly organized and execution-focused
Have experience with Tekmetric, or similar shop management systems
