Job Duties

• Order and manage auto parts and shop supplies
• Keep track of inventory
• Work with technicians to make sure they have the parts they need
• Schedule appointments and help customers
• Handle office tasks and payments
• Keep the office and parts area clean and organized
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Work as part of a team to keep the shop running smoothly

Qualifications

• Organized and detail-oriented
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Able to multitask and stay on top of daily tasks
• Comfortable using a computer
• Previous office or parts experience is a plus
• Automotive experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license
