Service Advisor - Automotive

We’re an established, independently owned automotive shop adding the right Service Advisor — not just filling a seat.

Our operation runs on structure, defined standards, and direct communication. The day is organized, the process is solid, and the pace is intentional. We don’t rush — but we don’t drift. Vehicles move. Decisions get made. Follow-through happens.

This is a production environment. Workflow matters. You’ll be expected to manage a steady volume of vehicles while keeping communication tight and details accurate.

The role requires balancing customer needs, technician workflow, and parts realities — often at the same time — and making sound decisions that keep the shop advancing.

Technicians and advisors operate as partners. Details matter. Standards matter. Urgency matters. Good work is recognized consistently.
