This is not an order-taker position.

We’re looking for a professional who can communicate vehicle needs clearly, educate customers, build value, and help customers make informed decisions about maintaining and repairing their vehicles.

What You’ll Do
• Greet customers and create a world-class service experience
• Build trust through clear communication and education
• Present repair recommendations confidently and professionally
• Manage estimates, approvals, and vehicle status updates
• Coordinate workflow with GM, technicians and parts personnel
• Monitor vehicle progress and ensure deadlines are met
• Follow up with customers throughout the repair process
• Maintain accurate records in our shop management system
• Support customer retention and long-term relationships
• Consistently achieve sales and gross profit objectives
